Top 8 Perfume Bottle Manufacturers in China: A Buyer’s Guide

Choosing a perfume bottle manufacturer in China is not simply about finding the biggest factory or the lowest price.

The right perfume bottle supplier depends on the size of your fragrance business, your order quantity, budget, design requirements, target market, and how much customization you actually need.

A new niche perfume brand ordering 1,000 bottles per design has very different needs from an established fragrance company purchasing 100,000 bottles.

Some suppliers are stronger in ready-stock bottles and flexible small-batch customization. Some focus more on original packaging design. Some are experienced in international projects and complete packaging sourcing. Others operate large glass factories and become more competitive when order quantities increase.

This is why I do not think there is one perfume bottle manufacturer in China that is the best choice for every fragrance brand.

In this guide, I will introduce eight Chinese perfume bottle and perfume packaging suppliers with different strengths:

  1. Hongyan Glass Bottle
  2. Guangzhou DEVI
  3. Fairdale / Fey Style
  4. Tatricia Glass Group
  5. Xuzhou Daxin Glass
  6. Aboland
  7. Jiangsu Rongtai Glass
  8. Paupack

More importantly, I will explain what type of fragrance business each supplier may be more suitable for and how I think brands should approach perfume packaging development.

How Should I Choose a Perfume Bottle Manufacturer in China?

Before comparing suppliers, I would first look at my own business.

A perfume bottle manufacturer should match the current stage of your fragrance brand rather than simply being the largest supplier you can find.

For example, if I am launching a new fragrance with 1,000–3,000 bottles per design, flexibility may be more important than manufacturing capacity.

I may want to use an existing bottle, test several colors, customize a cap, print my logo, and launch the product without investing heavily in a completely new glass mold.

But if I am already purchasing 50,000 or 100,000 bottles, my priorities change.

Production capacity, unit cost, quality consistency, automation, delivery stability, and supply-chain management become much more important.

Supplier selection by business stage

Business Situation What I Would Prioritize
New fragrance brand Low MOQ, stock bottles, rapid sampling
Small niche brand Flexible customization and design support
Growing fragrance brand Semi-custom packaging and supply integration
Design-led niche brand Original bottles and creative packaging
International brand Export experience and project management
Premium fragrance Bottle, cap, pump and box coordination
Large-volume brand Factory capacity and competitive unit cost
Mature fragrance brand Private molds and long-term packaging development

With this in mind, here are eight Chinese perfume packaging suppliers that I think are worth knowing.

1. Hongyan Glass Bottle — Best for Stock Bottles and Flexible Customization

For new and growing fragrance brands, developing a completely new perfume bottle is not always the best place to start.

Hongyan Glass Bottle is particularly suitable for brands that want access to a large selection of ready-stock perfume bottles while still having the flexibility to create a distinctive package through relatively low-MOQ customization.

Hongyan has a large selection of existing perfume bottle designs.

Instead of investing immediately in a completely new glass mold, a brand can start with an existing bottle and build its own identity through:

  • Color coating
  • Frosting
  • Screen printing
  • Hot stamping
  • Electroplating
  • Decals
  • UV printing
  • Custom caps
  • Pumps and collars
  • Other decorative details

For suitable projects, customization can start from around 1,000 pieces per design.

This makes the model particularly useful for niche fragrance brands, new product launches, and brands developing several fragrances without wanting to hold extremely large packaging inventories.

More Than Choosing a Bottle From a Catalog

Another area where I think Hongyan can be useful is during the early packaging development stage.

Sometimes a fragrance brand has already developed the scent but is still unsure how the packaging should communicate it.

In this situation, we can start from the positioning of the fragrance.

For example:

  • What does the fragrance smell like?
  • Who is the target customer?
  • What price range will it enter?
  • What emotion should the packaging communicate?
  • Is the fragrance clean, woody, floral, gourmand, aquatic, dark or playful?
  • What story does the brand want consumers to remember?

Based on this information, we can suggest possible combinations of bottle shape, glass color, decoration, cap material and other packaging elements.

This creates a practical middle ground between simply buying a stock bottle and investing immediately in a completely private-mold package.

Rapid sampling is also available for suitable projects, allowing brands to evaluate a packaging concept before moving into mass production.

I would consider Hongyan particularly suitable for:

  • New and growing niche fragrance brands
  • Brands launching multiple fragrances in smaller quantities
  • Projects starting from around 1,000 pieces per design
  • Brands wanting to customize an existing bottle
  • Buyers who need packaging design suggestions before sampling
  • Brands that may move from stock packaging to custom development as they grow

For a growing fragrance brand, I think this stock bottle + flexible customization + design support model can offer a good balance between brand identity, MOQ, development speed and investment risk.

2. Guangzhou DEVI — Best for Full-Service Packaging and International Projects

Guangzhou DEVI takes a different approach.

DEVI is a comprehensive perfume packaging supplier with extensive experience working with international customers, making it particularly relevant for brands that need both packaging development and an experienced export partner.

Its capabilities extend beyond the glass bottle itself and cover different perfume packaging components.

One of DEVI's notable strengths is its international exposure.

The company regularly participates in international beauty and packaging exhibitions, including events in markets such as:

  • Dubai
  • Italy
  • Indonesia
  • Thailand

and other important beauty and fragrance markets.

For an international buyer, this experience can matter.

Why Does Export Experience Matter?

A good perfume bottle is only useful if the complete packaging project can successfully reach the customer's market.

Different countries may have different requirements involving:

  • Export documentation
  • Import procedures
  • Product packaging
  • Labels
  • Shipping protection
  • Customs clearance
  • Communication standards
  • Logistics arrangements

A supplier that regularly works with overseas customers is generally more familiar with these issues.

International exhibitions also allow suppliers to communicate directly with brands from different regions and understand how packaging preferences vary between markets.

A Middle Eastern perfume brand, for example, may have very different packaging expectations from a Japanese minimalist fragrance brand or a Southeast Asian niche perfume startup.

This is why I would consider DEVI particularly relevant for established international projects where both packaging capability and export experience matter.

I would consider DEVI particularly suitable for:

  • International fragrance brands
  • Buyers sourcing several perfume packaging components
  • Brands that value export experience
  • Medium and larger packaging projects
  • Buyers looking for a comprehensive perfume packaging supplier

3. Fairdale / Fey Style — Best for Design-Driven Perfume Packaging

Some fragrance brands are not looking for another standard perfume bottle.

They want the packaging itself to communicate their identity.

Fairdale / Fey Style is particularly interesting from a design perspective, with a stronger focus on distinctive perfume packaging concepts and new private-mold bottle designs.

The company regularly introduces new packaging designs and privately developed bottle styles.

This gives fragrance brands more options when they want something less common than standard bottles widely available across the market.

Why Are Private-Mold Designs Interesting?

Creating differentiation does not always mean that every fragrance brand needs to develop a completely new bottle from zero.

Developing a new glass mold requires:

  • Design work
  • Engineering
  • Sampling
  • Mold investment
  • Testing
  • Higher production commitment
  • Longer development time

Sometimes an existing privately developed bottle can provide a strong starting point.

The brand can then create its own identity through color, decoration, caps, labels, accessories and other details.

For a niche fragrance brand, this can provide a useful balance between originality and development cost.

Design Should Support the Fragrance Story

I would look at Fairdale / Fey Style when visual identity is one of the main priorities of the project.

For example, a fragrance may want to communicate:

  • Minimalism
  • Architecture
  • Nature
  • Luxury
  • Youthfulness
  • Fashion
  • Technology
  • A specific cultural story

A design-oriented packaging supplier can help translate this direction into a physical object rather than treating the bottle simply as a container.

For this reason, I would consider Fairdale / Fey Style particularly suitable for niche and design-focused fragrance brands looking for distinctive packaging concepts and newer bottle designs.

4. Tatricia Glass Group — Best for Premium Perfume Packaging and Decoration

Tatricia Glass Group is another Chinese packaging supplier worth considering for fragrance projects.

I would look at Tatricia when a project requires premium glass presentation combined with different decoration and packaging options.

For premium perfume packaging, the quality of the glass itself becomes particularly important.

I would pay attention to:

  • Glass clarity
  • Bottle weight
  • Glass distribution
  • Surface quality
  • Mold seams
  • Bottle base
  • Neck dimensions
  • Pump compatibility
  • Decoration consistency

A premium-looking bottle is not created by one process.

It is the result of many details working together.

Decoration Should Be Evaluated on the Real Bottle

For premium projects, I always recommend checking physical samples.

A coating may look beautiful in a rendering but behave differently on real glass.

Metallic finishes may reveal small surface defects.

Gradient coating may look different depending on bottle geometry.

Screen printing requires good positioning control.

Even the same gold color can look different when produced using hot stamping, metallic ink or electroplating.

For this reason, sampling and quality control become particularly important for premium perfume projects.

I would consider Tatricia particularly suitable for:

  • Premium fragrance brands
  • Projects requiring multiple decoration techniques
  • Buyers looking for coordinated glass and decoration development
  • Export-oriented perfume packaging projects

5. Xuzhou Daxin Glass — Best for Supply-Chain Integration

Xuzhou Daxin is a relatively newer packaging company compared with some long-established Chinese glass manufacturers, but it has developed quickly in recent years.

Its main advantage is supply-chain integration rather than specializing exclusively in perfume bottles.

Its capabilities extend across different glass packaging categories.

These can include:

  • Glass containers
  • Beverage bottles
  • Liquor bottles
  • Perfume bottles
  • Other glass packaging

This broader sourcing capability can be useful for buyers managing several packaging categories or different projects at the same time.

When Does Supply-Chain Integration Matter?

Not every buyer needs a highly specialized niche perfume packaging supplier.

An importer, distributor, sourcing company or larger buyer may be purchasing several categories from China.

In this situation, the ability to coordinate different factories and products can become valuable.

Instead of looking only at who manufactures one particular bottle, the buyer may care more about:

  • Supplier coordination
  • Quality control
  • Consolidation
  • Packaging
  • Export documentation
  • Shipping
  • Overall project management

For this reason, I would consider Xuzhou Daxin particularly relevant for buyers who need broader glass packaging sourcing and supply-chain coordination rather than only specialized perfume bottle development.

6. Aboland — Best for Creative Packaging and Gift-Box Development

Aboland stands out more strongly on the creative side of perfume packaging.

I would consider Aboland when a fragrance brand wants the bottle, box and presentation packaging to work together as one visual concept.

In addition to creative perfume packaging development, one area I particularly notice is its work with paper boxes and coordinated gift-box solutions.

This matters more than it may initially seem.

For many niche and premium fragrances, the customer experiences the box before touching the perfume bottle.

The structure, opening experience, printing, materials, inserts and bottle presentation can all influence the perceived value of the fragrance.

The Box Is Part of the Product Experience

A perfume gift box can communicate a very different message from a simple folding carton.

Depending on the brand, packaging can use:

  • Rigid boxes
  • Magnetic boxes
  • Drawer structures
  • Paper inserts
  • Fabric details
  • Embossing
  • Foil stamping
  • Special printing
  • Story cards
  • Gift-set structures

For a gift set or premium fragrance launch, coordinating these elements with the bottle can become an important part of packaging development.

I would put Aboland on my shortlist particularly for:

  • Creative fragrance concepts
  • Premium presentation packaging
  • Perfume gift sets
  • Brands requiring coordinated bottle and box development
  • Projects where the unboxing experience matters

7. Jiangsu Rongtai Glass — Best for Large-Volume Orders and Factory Pricing

Rongtai represents another type of perfume bottle supplier.

Its major advantage is its own large-scale glass manufacturing capability, which can become particularly important when order quantities increase.

For smaller orders, the difference between suppliers may depend more heavily on MOQ, decoration flexibility, sampling and service.

At larger volumes, manufacturing economics become increasingly important.

A glass manufacturer with substantial in-house production capacity can have stronger control over:

  • Production cost
  • Output
  • Glass production schedules
  • Quality consistency
  • Large-volume orders

This can translate into more competitive unit pricing when the quantity is sufficiently large.

Small Orders and Large Orders Require Different Suppliers

I would not necessarily compare Rongtai directly with a flexible small-batch packaging supplier.

They solve different purchasing problems.

If I am ordering 1,000 or 2,000 customized bottles for a niche fragrance launch, flexibility may be more important to me.

If I am purchasing 50,000, 100,000 or several hundred thousand bottles, factory capacity and unit economics become much more important.

This is why business size should always be considered when choosing a perfume bottle manufacturer.

I would consider Rongtai particularly suitable for established fragrance brands, distributors and high-volume perfume bottle projects where manufacturing scale and price competitiveness matter.

8. Paupack — Best for Custom Packaging and Sustainability-Focused Projects

Paupack is another Chinese packaging supplier serving perfume and cosmetic packaging projects.

I would consider Paupack when customization and sustainability are important parts of the packaging brief.

Sustainability is becoming increasingly important in fragrance packaging, but I think brands should be careful with the term "eco-friendly."

A perfume bottle may be recyclable, while the complete package still contains several different materials.

For example:

  • Glass
  • Aluminum
  • ABS plastic
  • Surlyn
  • Wood
  • Paper
  • Coatings
  • Adhesives
  • Decorative films

The environmental impact therefore does not come from the glass bottle alone.

Ask More Specific Sustainability Questions

Instead of simply asking:

"Is this perfume bottle eco-friendly?"

I would ask more specific questions.

For example:

  • Which materials can be recycled?
  • Can the cap be separated from the bottle?
  • Is recycled material available?
  • Can unnecessary plastic components be removed?
  • Can the packaging use less material?
  • Can the box structure be simplified?
  • Does the decoration affect recyclability?
  • Can the bottle be refilled?

These questions usually provide more useful information than a general sustainability claim.

For a growing fragrance brand, I think sustainability should also remain practical.

The solution needs to match the brand's real production volume, target price and customer expectations.

Quick Comparison of the 8 Perfume Bottle Suppliers

The eight suppliers above represent different approaches to perfume packaging.

Manufacturer Main Strength Best For
Hongyan Glass Bottle Stock bottles + flexible customization + design support New and growing niche fragrance brands
Guangzhou DEVI Comprehensive packaging + export experience International fragrance projects
Fairdale / Fey Style Design-driven packaging + private-mold styles Design-focused niche brands
Tatricia Glass Group Premium glass + decoration Premium fragrance projects
Xuzhou Daxin Glass Supply-chain integration Multi-category packaging buyers
Aboland Creative packaging + gift boxes Premium and storytelling-focused brands
Jiangsu Rongtai Glass Large-scale glass manufacturing High-volume orders
Paupack Custom packaging + sustainability Sustainability-focused projects

The purpose of this comparison is not to rank these companies from number one to number eight.

They solve different problems.

The better question is:

Which supplier's strengths match my current business?

Follow Packaging Suppliers for Design Inspiration

I think fragrance brands should follow packaging suppliers even when they are not currently planning to place an order.

A good packaging supplier can also become a source of design intelligence.

Suppliers continuously experiment with:

  • New glass shapes
  • New private molds
  • New colors
  • Coating techniques
  • Printing
  • Cap materials
  • Pumps
  • Collars
  • Accessories
  • Gift boxes
  • Sustainable materials
  • New combinations of different materials

Following several suppliers on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook or other platforms can help a fragrance brand understand what is becoming technically possible.

The purpose is not to copy another brand's bottle.

It is to expand your understanding of the tools available for expressing your own story.

A new cap material may inspire a natural fragrance collection.

A new glass structure may work for an architectural fragrance concept.

A new printing process may allow typography to become part of the bottle.

A detachable accessory may turn the perfume into something that consumers can interact with.

The more packaging possibilities you understand, the larger your creative vocabulary becomes.

Visit International Fragrance and Beauty Exhibitions

Social media is useful, but physical exhibitions provide another level of understanding.

I recommend that fragrance founders, packaging developers and buyers visit international fragrance, beauty and packaging exhibitions whenever possible.

At an exhibition, I can:

  • Hold the bottle
  • Feel its weight
  • Operate the pump
  • Examine the glass
  • Compare decoration under different lighting
  • Touch different cap materials
  • Open the box
  • Examine inserts
  • Compare dozens of suppliers in a few hours

It is also one of the easiest ways to discover emerging packaging trends.

International exhibitions bring together:

  • Fragrance brands
  • Perfumers
  • Glass manufacturers
  • Packaging suppliers
  • Designers
  • Cap manufacturers
  • Pump suppliers
  • Decoration specialists
  • Material suppliers

This matters because perfume packaging innovation rarely comes from glass alone.

It often happens when several industries meet.

Think Beyond the Perfume Bottle

One trend I find particularly interesting is that perfume packaging is becoming less limited to the traditional idea of:

glass bottle + pump + cap + logo.

Accessories can become part of the fragrance experience rather than simply decorative components.

A cap, charm, chain, ribbon, metal plate, leather element, textile detail or detachable accessory can give consumers another way to interact with the product.

For example, a small perfume bottle could be designed as a bag charm.

A miniature fragrance could attach to a handbag.

A decorative element on the bottle could potentially be removed and reused as a fashion accessory.

A cap could incorporate jewelry-inspired details.

A bottle could use:

  • Chains
  • Charms
  • Cords
  • Beads
  • Ribbons
  • Textile elements
  • Leather details
  • Metal accessories
  • Detachable decorative pieces

This changes the design question.

Instead of only asking:

"Which surface treatment should I use on this bottle?"

I can ask:

"What can the consumer do with this perfume?"

That question creates many more possibilities.

Perfume Packaging Should Help Tell the Fragrance Story

Surface decoration is still important.

Coating, frosting, screen printing, hot stamping, electroplating, decals, engraving and other techniques can completely change the appearance of the same glass bottle.

But I do not think decoration should be treated simply as a list of available processes.

Each process should support the story.

If I am developing an aquatic fragrance

I might explore:

  • Transparent glass
  • Blue or green gradients
  • Fluid shapes
  • Reflective materials
  • Frosted textures

If the fragrance is inspired by architecture

I might explore:

  • Geometry
  • Heavy glass
  • Sharp lines
  • Metal details
  • Structural caps

If I am developing something playful and youthful

I might consider:

  • Bright colors
  • Charms
  • Bag accessories
  • Interchangeable elements
  • Small portable formats

If the fragrance is about craftsmanship or nature

I may explore:

  • Wood
  • Stone
  • Cork
  • Engraving
  • Textile
  • Natural textures
  • Hand-finished details

The objective is not to add as many decoration processes as possible.

The objective is to find a physical way to express the fragrance story.

Let Your Perfume Packaging Grow With Your Brand

I would not expect a new fragrance brand to develop packaging in the same way as a global perfume house.

Start with what makes sense for the business today.

A stock bottle with one strong color, a good cap and a well-designed logo can sometimes create more value than an expensive custom mold without a clear idea behind it.

As sales become more stable, the packaging can evolve.

A typical path might look like this:

Stage 1: Stock Bottle

Choose an existing bottle and control the initial investment.

↓

Stage 2: Stock Bottle + Custom Decoration

Add color, frosting, printing, hot stamping or other brand elements.

↓

Stage 3: Semi-Custom Packaging

Develop custom caps, accessories, collars, boxes or more complex decoration.

↓

Stage 4: Private-Mold Bottle

When the sales volume and brand recognition justify the investment, develop a completely exclusive glass bottle.

This allows the packaging strategy to grow together with the business.

What Should I Ask a Perfume Bottle Manufacturer Before Ordering?

No matter which supplier I choose, I would confirm the basic project information before placing an order.

At minimum, I would ask about:

Item What I Want to Know
MOQ Minimum quantity per bottle or design
Bottle Capacity, dimensions and weight
Neck Pump compatibility and neck specification
Glass Material, clarity and quality standard
Decoration Available processes and limitations
Color Color matching method and tolerance
Cap Material, weight and customization
Pump Dosage, compatibility and leakage performance
Sampling Cost and lead time
Mold Cost, ownership and development time
QC Inspection standard and defect tolerance
Packaging Inner packing and export carton protection
Lead time Sampling and mass-production schedule
Shipping Export and logistics support

I also recommend approving a physical sample before mass production whenever the project involves important custom colors, decoration, caps or new bottle structures.

Final Thoughts

There is no single perfume bottle manufacturer in China that is right for every fragrance brand.

A startup ordering 1,000 bottles and an established company ordering 100,000 bottles should not necessarily choose the same supplier.

Start by understanding your own business size, order quantity, budget, target market, design requirements and long-term packaging plan. Then choose a supplier whose strengths match that stage.

At the same time, I would not stop learning from the other suppliers.

Follow their social media.

Study their new bottle designs.

Look at new caps, materials, decorations and accessories.

Visit international fragrance and beauty exhibitions.

Talk with packaging manufacturers and designers.

And most importantly, do not limit perfume packaging to the bottle itself.

A perfume package can become an object, an accessory, a gift, a collectible, a fashion element or part of the consumer's lifestyle.

A charm can become part of a handbag.

A cap can become part of the visual story.

A box can become part of the unboxing experience.

A material can communicate the personality of the fragrance before the customer even smells it.

The more we understand glass, materials, manufacturing, fashion, accessories and packaging technology, the more ways we have to express the story behind a fragrance.

And that is where I think some of the most interesting possibilities in perfume packaging are beginning to appear.
